Triggers, Actions, Conditions
The heart of Marketing Automation is the Workflow, or intelligent workflow, which allows you to automatically manage processes that are activated based on predefined rules and conditions.
The cycle consists of:
Trigger
Triggers are the events that start automations. A workflow can be triggered by a user’s behavior or by the information we have about it.
Actions
Actions are a series of processes that start automatically. For example, you can use actions to communicate with your contacts via email, SMS or to add a lead to a group.
Conditions
Conditions allow you to enter wait times or filter groups of contacts as they progress through workflows.
